JTAGjet-C3x is a small, palm-sized In-Circuit Debug Probe for the TMS320C3x family of DSPs from Texas Instruments. It is equipped with a USB 2.0 port that runs in the High-Speed mode at 480 Mb/sec. This emulator supports the following C3x DSP devices:

Chameleon Debugger for C3x
JTAGjet-C3x comes with Signum’s own Chameleon Debugger for the TMS320C30/31/32 DSPs. The debugger is compatible with Code Composer 4.1 code generation tools and loads the generated COFF debug and object files directly.
MPSD Clock
JTAGjet-C3x supports the standard, Texas Instruments 12-pin MPSD debug header and is capable of supporting the MPSD clock at up to 28MHz.
